Your clients
Executors spend months ordering death certificates, finding accounts, listing what's in the house, and sending notices. You usually hear where things stand when they call, or when you call them.
Legacywyse gives your client a Texas probate plan with each task in order and the deadlines for their probate path. You get a read-only view of it, so you can check whether the creditor notice ran before you pick up the phone.
Each client has a page built from their own plan, so you both see the same tasks, dates, and form statuses.

Deadlines
Past due
Next 7 days
The Deadlines page lists every client's dates and groups them by when they fall: past due, the next 7 days, the next 30, and later. Search by client, estate, or deadline.
A deadline that depends on a date your client hasn't entered, like the day letters issued, shows as waiting on a date. Those are the ones to ask about.
Legacywyse builds your view on its servers from your client's records and never sends you the private items.
Enough to know where the estate stands and what's due next.

How it works
Add your name, firm, and profession. Your license state and number are optional and appear on invitations as you enter them.
Enter their name, email, and a short note. We email the invitation from you, and the link works for 14 days.
Before they agree, they see what you'll be able to view. They create a free account or sign in, and you get an email when they accept.
Their progress, dates, and documents update on your dashboard as they work. Your client can see each document you open in their Settings.

No. Professional access is view-only. Your client makes every change in their own workspace.

Your client. They accept or decline your invitation, and they can remove your access in Settings at any time. You can also end it from the client's page.
Will my client know when I look?
Yes. Their Settings list each document you open and when you viewed the estate.
Does it work for estates outside Texas?
Not yet. Legacywyse plans, deadlines, and court forms follow Texas probate.
