Comptroller Claims Notice
Notify the Texas Comptroller that an estate representative has been appointed when the person who died paid, or should have paid, taxes handled by that office. The notice gives the Comptroller an address for sending claims.

Where it goes
Not filed with the court. It goes to the institution or person who needs it, and a copy stays with the estate records.

Personal Representative signs.
