1. Scope

This Customer Electronic Communications Agreement (this "E-Communications Agreement") explains how LegacyWyse LLC ("Legacywyse," "we," "us," or "our") may provide electronic records, notices, disclosures, agreements, statements, authorizations, and communications related to Legacywyse financial features, including estate operating-account application and account workflows.

This E-Communications Agreement supplements the Legacywyse Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Financial Services Addendum, and any deposit account, provider, or banking agreement presented in the account-opening workflow.

You consent to receive communications electronically by affirmatively accepting this E-Communications Agreement in the account-opening or feature-enrollment workflow, such as by checking a consent box or clicking an acceptance button presented with this Agreement. We will obtain your consent before providing required disclosures electronically. Your consent applies to the categories of electronic communications described below on an ongoing basis until you withdraw it as described in Section 4. Electronic communications may include:

account-opening disclosures, applications, certifications, and agreements;
deposit account agreements, fee schedules, privacy notices, funds-availability notices, account notices, and change notices;
identity, authority, fraud-prevention, sanctions, KYC, and compliance communications;
payment, transfer, check-deposit, account-number, transaction, statement, and balance communications;
notices from Legacywyse, Column, N.A., payment providers, compliance providers, or other service providers involved in the financial feature;
support, security, error-resolution, adverse-action, denial, suspension, closure, or additional-information notices.

Electronic communications may be provided by email, in-product notice, secure link, downloadable PDF, browser display, text message where permitted, or other electronic method allowed by law.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you need:

a device with internet access;
a current web browser that supports secure websites;
access to the email address and phone number associated with your account;
software capable of viewing, saving, and printing PDF files;
enough storage or printer access to keep copies of important records.

By consenting, you confirm that you can access, view, download, save, and print electronic communications in these formats, including the PDF copy of this E-Communications Agreement made available in the consent workflow.

You may request a paper copy of a required communication by emailing legal@legacywyse.com. We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

You may withdraw consent to electronic communications by emailing legal@legacywyse.com. Withdrawal may prevent us or our providers from offering or maintaining some or all financial features, including an estate operating account. Withdrawal does not affect the validity or enforceability of electronic communications, signatures, authorizations, transactions, or records provided before withdrawal.

5. Updating Contact Information

You must keep your email address, phone number, mailing address, and account information current. We may treat communications sent to the contact information in your account as delivered unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Electronic Signatures and Records

You agree that electronic signatures, checkboxes, button clicks, typed names, acceptance records, consent records, and other electronic actions may be used to show your intent to sign, certify, authorize, or agree where permitted by law.

We may maintain records of your consent and related activity, including timestamps, account identifiers, IP address, user agent, document versions, agreement versions, and other audit information.

7. Changes

We may update this E-Communications Agreement from time to time. If required, we will provide notice and request renewed consent before materially changing hardware or software requirements or otherwise changing your electronic-communications rights.
