Legacywyse Financial Services Addendum

Effective June 9, 2026Updated June 9, 2026Version 2026-06-09

1. Scope

This Legacywyse Financial Services Addendum (the "Financial Addendum") supplements the Legacywyse Terms of Service for financial-account, estate operating-account, payment, payout, funding, check-deposit, account-number reveal, transaction-sync, subscription-scan, and other money-movement or financial-provider features (collectively, "Financial Features").

This Financial Addendum applies only to Legacywyse Financial Features.

2. Provider Terms and Legacywyse's Role

Financial Features may be provided by third-party financial institutions, financial technology providers, payment processors, account-linking providers, check-deposit providers, compliance vendors, payment networks, partner banks, and related service providers identified in the relevant workflow or provider documents.

Your use of Financial Features is subject to provider terms, privacy notices, account agreements, deposit agreements, payment-network rules, compliance requirements, and other documents presented by Legacywyse or the provider. For deposit accounts and other provider-controlled financial services, the provider's agreements and disclosures presented in the relevant workflow govern that financial service, and if they conflict with this Financial Addendum, the provider's agreements and disclosures control for that service.

LegacyWyse LLC is not a bank, deposit institution, money transmitter, lender, broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, or payment network. Deposit accounts, payment services, check deposit, account-number services, ACH or other transfers, and related financial services, if available, are provided by identified financial institution or financial technology partners.

LegacyWyse LLC is not FDIC-insured. FDIC deposit insurance, where available, applies to eligible deposits held at the partner bank and protects against the failure of that FDIC-insured bank, not against the failure of LegacyWyse LLC or any other non-bank company.

3. Authority and Fiduciary Duties

You may use Financial Features only if you have authority to access the account, disclose the information, open or manage the account, initiate the transaction, deposit the check, request the payout, or otherwise act for the estate or relevant account holder.

You are responsible for complying with fiduciary duties, court orders, account restrictions, tax obligations, recordkeeping duties, probate rules, provider rules, and applicable law. You are responsible for avoiding commingling of estate and personal funds.

4. Eligibility, Verification, and Prohibited Use

Financial Features may require identity verification, estate verification, KYC/KYB screening, sanctions screening, fraud review, account approval, document review, transaction monitoring, and provider compliance checks. Legacywyse and providers may request additional information, reject an application, delay a transaction, freeze or close access, or report activity where permitted or required by law or provider rules.

You must provide accurate and complete information. You must not use Financial Features for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, unlawful payments, unauthorized access, unauthorized check deposits, commingling, or any transaction that violates law or provider rules.

5. Transactions, Holds, Returns, and Deposits

Financial Features may be subject to limits, holds, reversals, returns, delays, chargebacks, account restrictions, provider investigations, failed transfers, rejected deposits, duplicate-check review, insufficient-funds returns, network outages, and account closure. Provider timing and availability are not guaranteed by Legacywyse.

You remain responsible for authorized transactions, returned items, failed transfers, reversal obligations, fees, penalties, and provider requirements unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If check-deposit features are available, you may submit only checks you are authorized to deposit for the estate or relevant account. You must not submit duplicate checks, altered checks, forged checks, checks payable to unauthorized parties, checks already deposited elsewhere, or checks that violate provider rules. You must retain original checks and destroy or mark them only as instructed by the provider or applicable law.

6. Error Reporting and Unauthorized Activity

You must promptly review Financial Feature activity and report suspected errors, unauthorized activity, lost credentials, incorrect recipient information, failed deposits, failed transfers, or suspicious transactions through the support or provider channels identified in the relevant workflow.

Nothing in this Financial Addendum limits any non-waivable error-resolution, unauthorized-transfer, privacy, or consumer financial-services rights you may have under applicable law or provider terms.

7. Privacy and Records

Financial Features may involve sensitive financial, identity, transaction, check-image, provider authorization, account-number, routing-number, compliance, and audit information. Legacywyse and providers may retain records as required for legal, provider, fraud-prevention, audit, tax, security, and compliance purposes, even after account deletion or feature disconnection.
